How do I order?

Lost Hills farm currently has 2 options available:

  • 50 lbs sampler (or approximately 1/2 of the freezer on your refrigerator)
    • 3 - Rib Eye
    • 3 - Stew Meat
    • 1 - Beef Ribs
    • 3 - Fillet
    • 3 - NY Strip Steak
    • 3 - Sirloin
    • 20 lbs - Ground Beef
    • 2 - Arm Roast
    • 3 - Chuck Roast
    • 1 - Beef Sirloin Tip OR Beef Skirt Steak

$400.00 -- while supplies last.

  • Quarter Beef (or approximately all of the freezer space in a spare refrigerator)
    • We estimate that each quarter will weigh approximately 200 lbs at a price of $7.00 per lb. There is an additional $15 charge per 1/4 plus $.65/lb. for processing. If you request special cuts, there may be additional charges for that, too.
